This Sunday was filled with graduation celebrations. Kicking this off was graduation Sunday at church. After church was over and I looked at the pictures of the graduates, I was rather disappointed to discover all the pictures I took were blurry. On the way home I was thinking about how much I wished they were better when a thought hit me, these pictures represent graduation perfectly. Graduation is just another blur in our lives (a rather important blur I might add!).
Sunday was a blur. My whole last year has been a blur. When I really think about it, my whole life has been a blur. How did I get to be 19? How is it that I graduated high school a whole year ago? How is it that I already am ¼ done with college? It feels like just yesterday when I was so jealous of Abby because she knew how to read. It feels like just yesterday I was a “cool” fifth grader in choir. It feels like just yesterday I went to my first high school event. And it feels like yesterday I graduated from high school! Where has the time gone?

All these graduations made me think back on last year when I graduated. It's so weird seeing people graduate and no longer thinking, 'someday, that'll be me!'. Because that already was me! I feel so old.

Life is a blur, but the color of the blurred memories sure leave a pretty color!
